Now for the advanced hand job, you're going to be doing a little bit more work.

If you are full of saliva, which I am, I use saliva and make sure my hand is wet.

I'm going to give you some of the same instructions as I did before,

which are make sure your fingertips, including your thumb, are all wet,

whether you use lube or spit, and in the center of your palm.
